beautiful and luxurious 'Quinta da Lua' is located in a tranquil area, approximately
5 kilometers from Loule Town Centre.
Offering guests the benefits of both seclusion and privacy and the convenience
of being within easy reach of the beautiful
beaches and golf courses at Quinta do Lago and Vilamoura (20 minutes' drive).
The property is located only 30 minutes' drive from Faro International Airport.
Nearby
Vilamoura offers a number of facilities, including the beautiful marina
area, cosmopolitan shopping and restaurants
and numerous water sports. The property is truly unique and offers many
services including underfloor heating, air-conditioning,
full-size tennis court, large heated family-size swimming pool, jacuzzi
spa pool, cinema room with surround sound system, CCTV system, electric
security gates, nightclub with professional DJ and lighting system, karaoke
system, games room, real fire in
living room, large hand crafted kitchen and utility room, gym equipment
and English Satellite SKY TV in all rooms.

Bedroom 2 - King size bed, dressing room, doors to terrace and helipad,
en-suite with shower, twin sinks and WC.
Bedroom 3 - Twin beds, en-suite with shower, sink and WC.
Bedroom 4 - Double Bed en suite with shower and WC.
Bedroom 5 - Twin Beds, en-suite with shower, sink and WC.
Bedroom 7- Double bed, en-suite with shower, sink and WC
Bedroom 8- .Twin beds, adjacent WC. No en-suite.
Bedroom 9- Double bed, en-suite with shower, sink and WC.
The property is ideally suited for outdoor dining and entertaining. A large
bar area having beer fridge, ice machine, wine cooler
and large barbeque, which is adjacent to the family size pool and jacuzzi,
provides our guests with exceptional facilities
for outdoor entertainment. Draught Beer Equipment installed in Games Room
and Outside Bar Area.
The nightclub opens (via two sets of double doors) onto the terrace for
dining and dancing, by day or night !
There are external Bose speakers linked from the nightclub, which can be
directed into courtyard and terrace.
There is also a floodlit tennis court within the grounds for the sole use
of guests.
The
coast and beaches are easily accessible from the property, however we do
advise that a car is
necessary for use during your stay.
The coast and beaches are located approximately 14 kilometers from the property.
Access
to a fax machine is available via the concierge and the villa has wireless
broadband internet access.
We are also pleased to offer an airport transfer service between the property
and Faro International Airport, for both your arrival and departure when
we will greet you at the airport and ensure your transport requirements
have been met,

The Concierge would be pleased to arrange car hire and taxis for your use
during your stay.

purchased as a farmhouse ruin in 2000, it has taken two years of planning
and two years to construct this truly immaculate luxury mansion. Sitting
in grounds of approx 135,000 sq ft amongst secluded olive groves and vines.
Chosen by many celebrities of TV, Film and Music, the villa offers the ultimate
in luxury, seclusion and security.
**Guests
over the maximum capacity of 18 will be charged on a Per Person Per Day
basis.
The above prices include Transfers to and from the airport on your arrival
and departure day.
Multiple transfers for extra flights are chargeable extra.
Pool Heating and Air Conditioning are also included in the price.
A welcome pack will be supplied for your first day including a drinks pack.
