1.
These booking conditions apply even if for some reason the booking
form has not been completed (eg a late booking by telephone).
2. Balance payment. The balance of payment will be due 4 weeks
before the holiday commences. We reserve the right to cancel a
booking where full payment has not been received by this time.
3. This booking is for accommodation only and is strictly limited
to the persons listed on the booking form. Admission will be refused
or terminated if this condition is not met.
Any guests over the maximum capacity of 18 will be charged extra
on a “Per Day” basis. Pets are not allowed.
4. Flights. Flights are the responsibility of the travelers.
5. Insurance. Travel insurance is compulsory under EC law. All
occupants are responsible for ensuring that they have adequate
travel insurance and a 24 hour emergency telephone number.
The use of the accommodation and amenities are offered on the
condition that they are used entirely at the occupant’s
own risk. We cannot accept responsibility for accidents, injuries,
illness,
death or loss or damage to users or visitors’ property or
belongings, including motor vehicles, however caused.
6. Cancellation. Cancellation up to 12 weeks prior to the start
date of the holiday will incur loss of deposit only. Between 12
weeks and 8 weeks prior,
50% of the full payment is due, and less than 8 weeks prior 100% of the full payment is due.
7. Force majeure. In the unlikely event that the accommodation
is rendered uninhabitable due to fire, earthquake or other means
beyond our control, liability will be
limited to a refund of monies
paid for the accommodation only.
8. Liability. We cannot accept liability for errors or omissions
of parties over which we have no control (eg car hire companies).
All information concerning the accuracy of
descriptions is believed
correct at the time of going to press, but it ispossible that there are changes without notice.
The booking for
accommodation is independent of and bears no liability to any
other product or services that you have purchased.
9. Breakages/damages. All breakages and damages are the legal
responsibility of the hirer who is responsible for the property
and expected to take reasonable care of it. All equipment,
utensils
etc must be left clean and the property must be left clean and
tidy at the end of the rental period. A surcharge will be deducted
from your security deposit should we feel that the
property has
been left in an untidy or dirty condition. Please ensure that
any damage is reported to the Concierge as soon as it occurs so that it can be rectified for the next occupants.
10. Gas and electric. Standard levels of gas and electric are
included within the accommodation price. Gas and electricity are
metered and, where appropriate
(ie where in excess of the standard
level), will be charged at cost and deducted from the security deposit.
11. The accommodation is booked on a self-catering basis. All
bed linen and towels (including beach towels) will be provided.
12. On arrival, the occupants agree not to arrive before 14.00hrs,
and on departure agree to leave before 10.00hrs, unless agreed
in advance
13. Complaints. We fully expect you to be very happy with the
accommodation and amenities provided. However, if you feel you
have reason to complain, you must immediately contact the Concierge,
so that the problem can be resolved. We are not responsible for any matter, which you did not bring
to our attention during your holiday.
If
the problem is not resolved locally to your satisfaction, then
you must put your complaint in writing within 7 days of your departure
date, to the address shown below.
14. All prices and services are subject to change without notice.
