The Project ...
Areias Residence a project of 12 apartments,it is the perfect holiday destination for families and couples alike. But why limit your whole holiday to the area when there’s so much more to explore elsewhere?

The Algarve is only 100 miles long, from the Spanish border
in the east, to the most south-westerly point of Europe – the
spectacular granite cliffs of Cape Saint Vincent –known to sailors
in the old days as
“The end of the world. ”
The excellent new motorway gives easy access to a network which serves most day trips to Lisbon and Seville is also an exciting option. Wherever you go. You’ll find some of Europe’s finest beaches, with each seaside townhaving its own individual character.
Some
ofthe most popular beaches are around Praia da Rocha, with beautiful rock
formations.While
you’re in the area, be sure to enjoy the local specialties –
freshly grilled sardines and spicy piri piri chicken or prawns,
washed down with a fine variety of local wines.
Albufeira, the favorite local seaside town, is only a 10 minute walk from
Areias Residence. With its extensive sandy beach dotted with colorful fishing
boats and a dramatic natural backdrop ofsteep sandstone cliffs. The oldest
part of town has quaint whitewashed buildings and Moorish arches, while
the newer parts are lower down the hill, with a tunnel linking the main
beach to the town centre.
